PowerFlashCards is offering software applications, which are downloaded, and activated after purchase on individual computers. Because these goods are of intangible nature, and cannot be “returned” in any form, PowerFlashCards does not issue refunds after the product has been downloaded and/or activated. You (our customer), are responsible for understanding this upon reviewing our license agreement before purchase and making sure your shopping cart only contains the product(s) you intend to purchase.
We make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. That specifically refers to a download attempt, which failed 5 successive times (each product is allowed five downloads attempts after purchase), in which case we will gladly rectify the situation by sending you additional download privilege (please contact us with your order number and your description of the issue).
Our products are non-refundable since they are not returnable. You are responsible for understanding this after reading our license agreement and before you complete your purchase

Should you feel that you are entitled to a refund, after having read our policies, please contact us, with your order number and reasons for requesting a refund, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
