Illegal distribution and use of software is a significant problem for any software vendor and legitimate software consumers.
When purchasing a PowerFlashCards software product, you are purchasing a single license to use that software product on one computer only, for personal or commercial use. Any of the following acts constitutes a software piracy, and is illegal:
- Installing the software product on more than one computer (unless multiple licenses are purchased for the same product)
- Distribution through the Internet
- Distribution through hardcopy (CD/Zip/Tape etc)
- Distribution through P2P or related software
- Making copies for colleagues
- Distribution and/or the use of patches, mods or « cracks » relating to PowerFlashCards software
